Oh dear. Are you really trying to visit this site using Internet Explorer 6? You do realize that browser is almost 10 years old, don't you? It messes up web sites and causes developers to stay up late to fix things it breaks. Wouldn't you really rather have a nice modern browser like Firefox?

    Clear365.com

I came in to take over the information architecture for this ClearWire site, which showcases news, entertainment and their proprietary programming.

    Sinatra.com

For Rhino Records and Frank Sinatra Enterprises I developed site maps, wireframes and process flows to guide the development of the pre-eminent site dedicated to Sinatra merchandise and memories.

    Archdiocese.la

When the Archdiocese of Los Angeles wanted to consolidate some 40 separate departmental sites into a single unified site, they turned to me to make it all work.

    BeeGees.com

Rhino Records again called me in when they wanted to create a new site for the BeeGees that shocased their past music and provided a platform for new merchandise.

Information architecture is the skeleton of your web site. It begins with a rigorous and disciplined approach to a site hierarchy that balances your marketing goals with the needs, desires and expectations of the user. Findability is key. Without it, nobody wins.

A web site is a living thing. Scalability is of utmost importance to me as an information architect. In developing your site structure, I need to look not only at the content you have now, but also envision scenarios where content can be added without redoing your hierarchy and navigation. We have to pay attention to the conventions of the web and foresee user expectations to devise a satisfying user experience in navigation, functionality and ease of use. Every detail must be spelled out in the wireframes, or your engineers and front-end coders will wind up spending all-nighters devising solutions with the wrong assumptions.
